Ticket Policies
- All sales are final and payments cannot be refunded (but may be transferred to a new date under certain circumstances).
- Please pick up your tickets at the Museum’s front desk on the day of your visit.
- U.S. active-duty military and veterans are admitted for $5 — please present valid ID at the admissions desk.
- If a screening sells out, a standby line will be created and tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can ask at the front desk to be placed on the standby line 30 minutes before the program starts. Please note that being on the standby line does not guarantee ticket availability.
